Another year of the Columbia Undergraduate Science Journal (CUSJ) has begun!
The CUSJ publishes original undergraduate research articles in any discipline of science or engineering (for example, the paper you might write as part of the SURF/AMGEN summer program or the W3500 Research Class) in its annual publication. The CUSJ also hosts events which bring the spirit of scientific research to Columbia; last fall, the Editor-in-Chief of Cell gave a talk about the professional review process behind the scenes. In the spring semester, CUSJ hosts its annual Symposium which brings together student presenters and professors from New York and nearby states in a large event focused on sharing research and knowledge.
CUSJ is also looking for members to join our Editorial Review Board (ERB), which is responsible for revising the submitted scientific articles so that they can be incorporated into the annual publication.
